4500 sf 2-story Prefabricated structure with basement.
This house was built in a factory in Wisconsin and shipped to the site in 7 sections. By doing
so, the construction waste was kept to a minimum and saved from being dumped in a landfill.
The exterior stone, shingle siding, trim work and interior finishes were completed on site.
Because this house was prefabricated it cut the overall construction time by 30%.
The Chicago Tribune featured this house in the Business section on September 12, 2005. Tribune photos
show the "boxes" being set by crane on the project site.
